Position Description:
As a Specialist in Customer Service, you will take approximately 80 – 120 inbound calls a day from checking and savings account customers. By building a strong rapport with your customer, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Your passion for customer service, inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Works in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers.
Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment.
Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy.
Work both independently and in a team environment.
Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish languages.
1 year or more of customer interaction or customer support experience required, either by phone or face-to-face.
6 months or more of computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Home location must be within approximately 40 miles of the JPMC Summerhill Community Center, 9 Georgia Ave SE, Atlanta, GA, 30312.
Safe and noise free work environment in your residence.
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer support.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.
Previous experience working in a Hospitality, Restaurant or Retail industry.
Have a passion for helping people by solving problems, presenting, and explaining solutions.
Work Schedule:
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours of 6am - 12am, which may include include days, mid-shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
Shift times vary to include 8-hour shift 5 days week or 10-hour shift 4 days a week. If selected, specific shift times/days will be provided by the Chase Recruiter. Specialists will remain in their selected schedule for 12 months

Home location must be within 30 miles radius (and remain for the duration of employment for this position) of 9 Georgia Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312.

Specialist must have a safe and noise-free work environment in your residence and be able to work an entire shift without interruptions. This will mirror an in-office environment.
Specialist will have two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Breaks/lunches are subject to change due to business needs.
Specialists cannot live within the same household for this WFH opportunity.
