    The Digital for Work program will prepare participants with foundational digital skills for job readiness. Classes will be delivered in a combination of in-person and online formats. The Program and classes will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) for eight weeks.

    Participants will learn how to use:

    Google Suite

    - Create a Google account.

    - Google Docs, Google Sheets, monthly expenses, collaborations.

    - Google Job search.

    LatinX @ Work


    The LatinX @ Work program will prepare Latinx workers for middle-skills jobs in high-demand sector of the evolving economy. Developing training modules that integrate job readiness and digital literacy. Train participants with job readiness and digital literacy skills  and place them into employment, training, post-secondary education or upward mobility. Classes will be delivered in a combination of in-person and online formats.

    Classes will take place on Monday and Wednesday for eight weeks.

    Unidos in Finance (UIF) is an 8 weeks training program designed to prepare students to develop a career in the Banking Industry. The participants get prepare on financial concepts, practical banking skills, and job readiness, through interaction with banking specialist. By the end of the training, students are uniquely qualified to apply for a career the Banking Industry.

    1) The Court Liaison is a full-time position located in Norcross, GA, and serves as the main point of contact between the legal system and CPACS Cosmo Behavioral Center.     Master’s or higher degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
    Current state licensure (or in progress) by the Georgia Board of Licensed Professional Counselors or Social Workers
    Strong knowledge of DSM-V and counseling methodologies
    Experience in individual and group counseling
    Familiarity with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
    Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills
    Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
    Strong organizational and communication skills
    Bilingual in English-Spanish or an Asian language preferred

  • The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 


    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing
    Valid licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia
    Clinical experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
    Strong knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Cultural competence; bilingual in English-Spanish or an Asian language preferred

  • Psychiatrist 

    Qualifications:

    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
    Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
    Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
    Unrestricted medical license in Georgia
    Current DEA registration with authority to prescribe Schedule II–V medications
    Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations
    Proficiency with electronic health records and telepsychiatry platforms
    Bilingual (Spanish-English) or multilingual preferred
    Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
    Strong collaboration and communication skills
